During your 60 minute initial consultation at The Murthy Clinic, Dr Vijay Murthy will discuss your current and past health history, family health history, medical symptoms, sleep, exercise, nutrition, stress, lifestyle factors, allergies, medications or supplements and your health goals.
After booking an appointment you will receive The Murthy Clinic health intake forms, please complete and send back via your unique designated client portal. You will then be offered appointment dates and times. Prior to your consultation Dr Vijay Murthy will review your details and may request additional information if needed.
A detailed analysis and clinical assessment will be conducted during face to face appointments only.
