During your 60 minute follow up consultation, Dr.Vijay Murthy will review your progress, symptoms, any lab results, review nutrition and prognosis as well as ayurveda and functional medicine programmes. Your current supplements will also be reviewed and changes made as needed. Dr.Vijay Murthy will perform necessary clinical assessment and you will be guided on your next steps and goals as well as receiving follow up recommendations.

After booking an appointment at The Murthy Clinic you will receive a form to fill in details of your current supplementation. Complete and send back via your unique designated client portal. You will be offered appointment dates and times.

Dr.Vijay Murthy will review your supplement regime prior to your online supplements review. During the online call, Dr.Vijay Murthy will recommend appropriate supplements by discussing possible interactions with other medications or herbs or supplements. As well as the impact on other health issues as a result of your current supplements including the quality of supplements. You will also be guided on which supplements are best for you and which supplements not to continue for the best health outcomes for you.

Your health records are sent via a designated portal and Dr.Vijay Murthy will review. Usually, up to 45 minutes to review health records. In some cases, where many health records need reviewing due to long-term health conditions or where there are multiple reports, you will be given the time for such a review.

Typically, in your health record review, nutritional status, disease markers, infection and inflammation markers will be considered from a functional medicine perspective. You will be guided as to any further functional testing lab work and will receive a set of guidelines on the next steps to take.
